HOME is the sole in-house partner for 35 residential towers across Manchester City Centre. We take considerable care in delivering a suite of exclusive services that include Laundry & Dry Cleaning, Minibar, Butler, Housekeeping —all performed by our dedicated team, ensuring the highest quality and integrity.

We're on the hunt for an Operations Lead who thrives in a rapidly growing company. This role demands a strong emphasis on administrative processes, metrics, and operational strategy.

With a clear progression to Head of Operations within 12 months, you'll be instrumental in shaping our operational foundation during a significant phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement robust operational processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

- Utilize data analytics to monitor, assess, and optimize service delivery performance.

- Oversee the creation and management of key performance indicators to ensure consistent high-quality service.

- Develop and implement risk management protocols, anticipating potential challenges and proactively addressing them.

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline inter-departmental workflows and communication.

- Lead, mentor, and grow the operations team, instilling a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of operational procedures to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.

- Actively seek and implement innovative technologies or methodologies to enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in operations management with a strong inclination towards process optimization, metrics, and analytics.

- Ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution, with a detail-oriented approach.

- Ideally prior experience in the luxury or hospitality sectors, with a consistent track record of upholding high standards.

Salary: £35,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
