Get ready for an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly expanding Training Centre in Illingworth, Halifax! We’re looking for confident individules to join our Telesales team and enjoy the rewards of your hard work. If you’re a passionate call handler with a proven track record, look no further!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products and services
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company to effectively communicate with prospects
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through consistent follow-up
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to interested customers
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers over the phone
- Good persuasive and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Note: This position requires working in a fast-paced environment where meeting sales goals is essential. The successful candidate must be comfortable making cold calls when required and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven role.

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
