THE PERSON: -
We are looking to recruit an exceptional and dynamic person with previous care experience, who would like to step-up and progress, as well as lead their own team of support assistants. The role is varied therefore we will need someone who can professionally manage multiple responsibilities.
THE ROLE: -
You will be willing to undertake a minimum of 25 hours of care each week in order to support your team whilst actively encouraging and promoting the recruitment for your area. You will schedule staff rotas, carry out spot checks and annual appraisals, process interviews, complete risk assessments and care plans for new clients, ensure your team are fully trained as well as complete all paperwork for auditing. On-call duties are also required on a rota basis. (You will be entitled to additional pay for completing these various tasks)
COMPANY EXPECTATIONS: -
Previous experience in a care setting is required to fulfil this role. You may be required to undertake further qualification(s) during your employment if you do not already have these. To be successful in this role you will also be required to have a valid UK drivers’ licence and your own vehicle. (Mileage is paid)

Please note: -
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid UK drivers licence with access to your own vehicle, and be available to work alternate weekends (2 in 4 to be worked). Work location is listed as 'on the road' as you'll be providing domiciliary in the client's home.
(Up to £30,000 per year on average)
