We are a local retail store situated in Polzeath (Cornwall) trading under the well known SPAR brand. We require a retail store supervisor to support and work alongside the Store Manager to ensure the success and profitability of the store. You will receive support to help develop the supervisor role and must be flexible, happy to work weekends and evenings and be dedicated to top class customer service.
Key duties include:
- Working as part of a close team.
- Leading the team in the absence of the store manager.
- Opening and closing the store.
- Assisting with staff training.
Candidates must be hard working, resilient and have a pro-active approach to work along with a positive attitude.
Experience in the retail sector is essential.
