Superior Healthcare is urgently seeking experienced Health Care Assistants who want the variety offered by working for an agency and the security of a permanent contract, to join our team!
When working as a Health Care Assistant for Superior Healthcare, you will choose to work 3 set days or nights each week, or a rolling rota of 3 on 3 off – working in more than 100 care settings including nursing and residential care homes as well as the option of working in supported living houses and learning disability placements in Ashford and within a short distance of your home.
As a member of our team, you will be able to pick up overtime from a vast number of early, late and long day shifts as well as waking and sleeping nights. We currently have opportunities for more than 80 people to join our team!
Whilst we can offer permanent contracts for full time hours, applications are also invited from people who are seeking to work either full or part time hours on a flexible basis. All that we ask, is that you are able to commit to at least 24 hours of work per week (which could be made up of two long shifts, or three shorter shifts).
- A guarantee of work every week with overtime available every week
- Choose to work a set 3 days per week (including a weekend day) or a rota of 3 on 3 off

Superior Healthcare will provide a comprehensive induction when you join us and ongoing training opportunities throughout your employment. You will be offered the opportunity of a fully funded NVQ/Diploma to support you on your way to becoming a Senior Carer.

Requirements
- You must have 6 months previous paid experience of working as a carer or support worker.
- You must be able to commit at least three shifts per week.
- Access to your own car is essential for this role.
If you don’t have previous experience in care but want the training and support to start a new career, Superior Healthcare run a new to care programme for a small number of candidates monthly.
