Job Description
PS Human Resources Ltd is seeking an HR Assistant to join our successful and growing team. In this role, you will provide HR administration support to the HR Consultancy team as well as provide operational and administrative support to the PSHR office.

Main duties
- To field all incoming calls and contact the relevant Consultant as and when required to deal with client queries.
- Become an expert on our HR system offering, in order to effectively answer all queries, make amendments to the site, upload new clients and carry out annual leave reconciliations.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of our clients HR functions, as requested and provide administrative support to the HR consultancy team:
o Creation of policies, handbooks and contracts
o Arranging interviews and all related documentation
o Assisting with HR events
o Administration for team meetings
o Scheduling meetings in the diary
o Ensuring contracts of services are issued and returned signed – to chase when needed and update the team
o Adding new clients to QuickBooks
o Creating template documents for our clients
- Attend client meetings to provide HR System training
- Supporting Consultants at formal meetings with note taking (i.e., grievance and disciplinary hearings)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Invoicing and chasing for any outstanding payments from PSHR clients
- Overseeing the office facilities and ensuring the office is tidy and organised
- Weekly client calls
- Monitoring the hello@ inbox and forwarding communications to the relevant colleagues
- Attending networking events
- Greeting clients, offering refreshments and prepping for meetings
- Ensuring the office stationery and kitchen is fully stocked by shopping at local retailers
- Post and petty cash
- Ordering and collection of the weekly team breakfast
- Any other reasonable duties as required

Ideally you will have some HR experience, but this is not essential. You must have excellent administration and customer service experience and want to start a career in HR. Drivers licence and own vehicle is also essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £22,000.00 per year
